- 4 eggs
- 1 glass of sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- ½ cup milk
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 cup of tahini
- 2 cups flour
- One packet of baking powder
- 1 pack of vanillin with sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
How To Make Tahini Marble Cake Recipe?
Beat the eggs and sugar until they turn white.
Alternately add liquid ingredients and continue whisking.
Add the flour, baking powder and vanillin and mix until a homogeneous mixture.
Grease a suitable cake tin and pour more than half of the mixture into the cake tin.
Add cocoa to the remaining mixture and mix smoothly.
Pour the cocoa mixture on plain mortar and make zigzag movements with the help of a toothpick.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes. Check it with a toothpick and take it out of the oven.
After the cake has cooled, remove it from the mold and serve. Enjoy your meal.
