Strawberry Cream


For cake;
4 eggs
4 coffee cup candy
3 tablespoons of boiling water
2 tablespoons of oil
1 coffee cup yogurt
4 coffee cup flour
1 pack of baking soda and vanilla

For internal cream;
3 cups of milk
1 tea cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of starch
1 tea cup of flour
1 egg yolk
200 g white chocolate

For exterior decoration;
500 g liquid cream
3 tablespoons of fine sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla

For the above;
Strawberry and jelly

To soak the cake;
1 cup milk and vanilla


For the cake, let’s first take eggs, sugar and boiling water in a bowl and whisk until the sugar melts.
Then whisk the liquid oil in order, adding yogurt.
Add the latest flour and baking powder and whisk it for a short time and pour it into the mold that we have greased before.
Let’s cook in the cold oven and set the oven to 180 degrees for the first 25 minutes without opening the lid.
In the meantime, let’s prepare the cream for this, mixing all ingredients except chocolate, cook.
When the cream is ready, take it from the stove, add the chocolate and beat for 5 minutes and leave it to warm.
Let’s take our baked cake out of the mold and split it in two. Add one teaspoon of vanilla to a cup of milk and let the bottom of the cake soak in half.
Let’s spread the creme on it.
Let’s put the other piece of cake in the same way, soak it in milk and lift it to rest in the refrigerator.
For outer cream, add 3 tablespoons of fine sugar to the liquid cream and whisk. When it comes to the desired consistency, let it rest.
Then we decorate it with the fruit we want.
Let’s prepare the jelly according to the recipe, fix the fruits and put the cream around the way we want.
