Soft Easy Cake Recipe

Necessary Materials for Soft Easy Cake;
- 3 eggs
- 1 glass of granulated sugar
- 1 glass of water Milk
- half a glass of oil
- 2 soup spoons of cocoa
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 2.5 cups flour
- 1.5 glasses of milk
For cream;
- 2 packs of whipped cream
- 1.5 glasses of milk
- 3 tablespoons of chocolate
For the ganache;
- 200 ml liquid cream
- 80 g dark chocolate
Preparation of;
1. Put the eggs, sugar and vanilla in the mixing bowl and beat for 5 minutes.
2. Add milk and oil and whisk it again.
3. Whisk again by adding the sifted cocoa, baking powder and flour.
4. Let’s pour our cake mix into the oiled ovenware.
5. Bake in a preheated 175 ° C oven for 20 minutes.
6. Let’s make holes with a toothpick in our icing cake. Let’s pour the milk over it.
7. Put whipped cream and milk in the mixing bowl and whisk.
8. Add the chocolate spread on it and whisk it again.
9. Spread the cream on the cake and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.
10. Let’s add dark chocolate into the liquid cream that we have heated for ganache and mix.
11. Let’s pour our icing ganache over the cake and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.
12. You can serve it by decorating and slicing it as you wish.
