Ingredients for Pudding Cake Recipe
- 2 packs of cocoa biscuit (you can also use double roasted petibör)
- 1 water glass milk (to soak biscuits)
- 3.5 glasses of milk
- 3 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon of starch
- 2 soup spoons of cocoa
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 packs of vanillin
To decorate (according to desire):
- 8 walnuts
- 16 frozen raspberries
- 8 balls of vanilla ice cream
How to Make Pudding Cake Recipe?
For pudding, put milk, cocoa, flour, sugar and starch in the pot and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
When the pudding boils and thickens, add the vanillin and mix and remove from the heat.
Leave it to cool by stirring occasionally so that the pudding you take from the stove does not have a crust.
Cover the inside of a rectangular mold with stretch film.
Take a spoon of the pudding and spread it so that the biscuits do not stick to the base of the mold.
Dip the biscuits in milk and place the biscuits on the base of your mold.
Then spread 1/4 of the pudding on the mold.
Fill the mold by arranging a row of biscuits and a row of pudding in four rows in total.
Cover it with stretch again and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Cut the pudding cake into square portions and decorate it with walnuts and raspberries if desired.
