Ingredients for Cake Recipe with Pomegranate Sauce

For the cake:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup (one finger is missing) oil
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 2 cups flour

For the sauce:

  • 1 pack ready fruit sauce
  • 1 pomegranate pickled

How to Make Cake with Pomegranate Sauce?

Beat the eggs and sugar with the mixer until they are white. Add other ingredients and mix.

Pour into oiled mold. Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 25-30 minutes (I used a clamp mold). After the cake comes out of the oven, let it cool.

Prepare ready-made fruit sauce. Add the pickled pomegranates into it and mix. Pour it over the cake and let it cool. Enjoy your meal
