  • 1 liter of hot milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1.5 cups flour

While preparing the pastry cream, do not add all the boiled, hot milk to the mixture. Pour it little by little so that the eggs do not cook in it.

How to Make a Mole Pie in a Pan?

Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Add the powdered sugar on it and beat with the help of a mixer.

When the sugar melts well, add the oil and whisk it for a while.

Sift cocoa, baking powder, vanilla and flour into the mixture. Mix it well.

Grease your pan with oil and pour the mixture. Spread it with a spoon and close the lid and cook over low heat.

On the other side, prepare the pastry cream. Break the eggs into the pan and whisk them with the help of a whisk.

Add granulated sugar on it and keep mixing. Make it thick.

When it starts to thicken, add the flour and vanilla by sieving it.

Add the previously boiled hot milk little by little and continue to mix.

When it thickens, remove it from the heat and let it cool.

After it cools, add the butter and mix it well with the help of a mixer.

Remove the middle of the cake you are baking and resting. Set aside the inside you removed.

Peel the bananas and place them on the base.

Apply the pastry cream you have prepared on it.

After applying the pastry cream, cover it completely with the cake you have separated.

Serve it after it cools down or while it is warm. Enjoy your meal.
