Ingredients for Coffee Cake Recipe

  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 water glass measure of oil
  • 1 glass of granulated sugar
  • 2 soup spoons of cocoa
  • Half a glass of milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 2 packs of baking powder
  • Coffee beans

For the cream:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoons of starch
  • 3.5 glasses of cold milk
  • 1 glass of granulated sugar
  • 25 grams of butter
  • 80 grams of chocolate

For the above:

  • 1/2 packet of biscuit pieces
  • 3-4 coffee beans

How To Make Coffee Cake?

  1. For the cake; Mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl with a mixer.
  2. When the mixture starts to foam, add oil, cocoa, milk, vanilla, baking powder and flour and mix.
  3. Powder the coffee beans and add them into the mortar.
  4. Place oiled paper on the baking tray and pour the cake mixture you have prepared.
  5. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes.
  6. While baking the cake, start preparing the cream. Put all the cream ingredients except butter and chocolate in the pot and start cooking on the stove.
  7. Stir constantly and cook until it boils. Turn off the heat when it starts to boil and becomes dark.
  8. Add the chocolate and butter and whisk until it melts.
  9. When the cake is cooked, take it out of the oven and let it sit to warm.
  10. Then take it to the serving plate. Cut the cake horizontally and divide it into two parts.
  11. Spread cream over a piece and spread it all over. Add the other cake on top.
  12. Add cream again and spread on each corner. Then sprinkle the biscuit pieces you took from the robot.
  13. After resting in the refrigerator, add coffee beans and serve. Bon Appetit.
