Coconut Cake Recipe

Ingredients for Coconut Cake Recipe
Materials
- Four eggs
- 4 coffee cups granulated sugar
- 4 coffee cupcakes flour
- Half a cup of coconut
- ¹ tea glass of sunflower oil
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla
For intermediate filling
- 200 g white chocolate
- 200 ml cream
How To Make Coconut Cake?
Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl for 7-8 minutes.
Add sunflower oil and keep mixing.
Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla you sifted and mix with a spatula.
Spread on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Heat the cream with boiling.
Put the crushed white chocolate on it, mix it and remove from the heat.
Leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
After it cools down, beat it with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
Cut equal sized mini rectangles from the cake.
Spread cream between two cake slices.
Prepare all remaining cakes in the same way.
Let it rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Sprinkle coconut on top and serve.
