Chocolate Cake Recipe
- 3 eggs
- 1 glass of sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 soup spoons of cocoa
- 1 vanillin
- One packet of baking powder
- 1 cup milk for cake soak
FOR WALNUT CREAM;
- 2 bags whipped
- 1, 5 cups of milk
- 2 cup coconut
- 3 y spoon of powdered sugar
FOR CHOCOLATE SAUCE;
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 200 g milk cream (1 pack)
-First, beat the eggs and sugar for sponge cake. Until the foam is foam.
-Add flour, baking powder, vanilla and cocoa and mix.
-Clamp the mold in a 160 degree oven for 25-30 minutes to cook. (oven can vary according to the clamp mold 28 cm)
-Soak a cup of cold milk on our baked cake.
-After the cake has completely cooled, whisk the whipped cream and mix the coconut and powdered sugar.
-Place the cake on top of the cake (it may come slurry first but then solidifies the mixture)
-For Ganaj; Heat the cream to a boil, but do not boil, add the chocolate and mix until the chocolate melts.
-Pour the chocolate ganache over it. ganage must also be cold or melt the cream below.
