Storm of Nostalgia: Biscuit Cake Recipe

There was a recipe that was easily prepared by our adults in our childhood, but tastes better than the most beautiful cakes in the world: Biscuit cake. We made this delicious dessert recipe smelling of nostalgia with a slightly different presentation, it was visually wonderful! Moreover, its materials and preparation are also very easy!

Ingredients for Biscuit Cake Recipe

  • 2 packs of petibor biscuits
  • 1 pack of cocoa pudding
  • 1 liter of whole milk

For the above:

  • 1 pack of whipped cream
  • 1.5 tea glasses of water
  • 2 soup spoons of cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons of roasted pistachios
  • 4 strawberries (halved)

How to Make Biscuit Cake Recipe?

Mix 1 pack of ready-made pudding with milk and cook until thickened and let cool.

Whisk the whipped cream together with 1.5 tea glasses until it thickens and keep it in the refrigerator until the cake is prepared.

Place the biscuits with chocolate pudding about 1 tablespoon on each side of the springform cake mold one by one. The pudding part should always be facing inside.

After placing all the biscuits in the clamp mold, pour the remaining chocolate pudding over the biscuits and spread. In this way, keep it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Take your cake, which has waited in the refrigerator and shaped, out of the clamp mold.

Spread the whipped cream on all visible surfaces of the cake with the help of a spatula so that it is even and flat.

For the whipped cream to solidify on the cake, keep it in the refrigerator for another 1 hour.

After your cake comes out of the fridge, sprinkle cocoa on it and decorate it with filet pistachios and strawberries divided in half.
