This bread, which is prepared by mixing the dough without kneading it, is very delicious. Be sure to try this practical bread that will accompany you with tea at breakfast.
- For the dough:
- 450 milliliters of water (2 + 1/4 cups)
- 500 grams of flour (4.5 glasses)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of instant yeast (6 g)
- For the above:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of sea salt (if not normal salt)

The amount of garlic and what you put on it is entirely up to your taste. You can do whatever you want. Ingredients are given in 200 ml water glass.

Flour and yeast are mixed in a bowl. Warm water, honey and salt are added and mixed with a spatula until it becomes a paste.
When there is no flour left, it is drizzled on olive oil and spread all over.
The lid is closed and put in the refrigerator. It is taken out in the morning after fermenting at night.
The hands are greased, kneaded lightly and placed on an oiled baking tray in order to vent.
It is set aside for fermenting.
Garlic and olive oil are mixed for the top. (You can increase the garlic)
When the dough is doubled, press it with fingers and spread it on the tray. Olive oil mixture is spread on it. Sprinkle fresh rosemary sprigs (dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, olives etc. can be used).
It is cooked until browned at 220 degrees by sprinkling salt. It took about 20 minutes. If it gets very browned, you can cover it with foil and keep it cooking. Bon Appetit.
