Banana Bread Recipe
Materials
-2 cups flour
-1 teaspoon of baking powder
-1 teaspoon of cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
-1 glass of sugar
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup of coconut oil (sunflower or olive oil can also be used)
-4 bananas (overripe, blackened)
-2 teaspoons of Greek yogurt
-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

You can also use sunflower oil or olive oil in the same amount instead of coconut oil.

Check the cake in the middle using a fork or toothpick.
If your cake is baked, the cake mixture will not come to your fork.
How to Make Banana Bread Recipe?
Chop your ripe bananas into a tiny bowl, then mash them with a fork.
Let them wait a little bit.
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
They should also wait on the sidelines.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and sugar for 5 minutes until the mixture froths a little.
Add the coconut oil that you liquidized in the pan to the bowl where you mix the sugar and eggs, continue to mix (you can also use sunflower oil or olive oil melted in the same proportions).
Add your crushed bananas to this mixture and mix again.
Just keep a small portion of these mashed bananas aside and we will add it to the top of the cake.
Add the yogurt and vanilla extract to the mixture.
Add the container in which you mixed the dry ingredients into this wet mixture and mix well.
The cake mortar is ready.
Grease your long deep cake tin, pour the mixture into your mold and smooth the top of the mixture.
Finally, add the mashed bananas that you set aside on top of your mixture.
Bake your cake for 40 minutes in your oven preheated to 175 degrees, then check it every 5-10 minutes.
